Stage : création de livre accordéons sur le thème des chansons des années 40

This workshop offers older people the chance to relive their own memories through the evocation of songs from the '40s.
At the start of the workshop, participants listen to songs from the interwar repertoire.
The discovery or rediscovery of these songs encourages exchanges: sharing memories that have been lived or passed down. If participants so wish, these initial discussions can be recorded, so that a trace of these memories remains.
After choosing their song, participants sketch their leporello to illustrate it. Particular attention is paid to the distribution of text and images. These creations can interweave the song with their own memories.
The drawings are then reproduced on the final support using tracing paper or directly by the participants.
The workshop is open to all, with no prerequisites. Coloring is done with watercolor pencils or watercolors. Collage possible.
When the pages are finished. We make the covers. Choice of paper, gluing, all punctuate this stage.
Musartdit prepares paper strips and cardboard to facilitate the creation of these accordion books on a case-by-case basis.
At the end of the workshop, the leporellos can be exhibited at the Jean-François Sarasin media library in Hermanville-sur-mer, accompanied by a photo report, to convey the atmosphere of an era to the general public and younger generations.
