Whether the work of artists, architects or simple remnants of armaments, Normandy?s commemorative heritage is also undergoing the assaults of time. Agnès Rancier-Picard takes a fresh look, perhaps the look of tomorrow. "Originally, I'm not from Normandy, so I don't have this family memory. I obviously have a collective memory of the D-Day landings, like all French people, but I don't have the emotion of a family tragedy. So I was able to distance myself from it.
Color is light, and light is peace. So that's why I say it's also an exhibition about remembrance, but also about the peace I bring through color
