Watercress has been produced in the Bec de Mortagne valley since 1959. A spring feeds the ponds, passes through the cressonnière, feeds the ponds and flows into the Ganzeville river, ending up in the sea at Fécamp. They'll explain how watercress is sown and harvested - without chemicals or fertilizers - and its health benefits?
Finally, we'll offer you a tasting of soup and cake.
