At La Ferme de Martine, I grow a wide range of organic fruits on a small holding farm: red berries, stone fruits, gooseberries, rhubarb, green tomatoes, apricots, peaches, kiwifruit, elderflower that I turn into classic, original and "old-fashioned" jams based on my grandmother's recipes, cooked in a copper pan using cane sugar. You can find bits of fruits and the taste of childhood. They are sold by local shops and partners as well as at the farm by appointment. I also offer hands-on jam making sessions, a great opportunity to break away from your daily life during a few friendly hours.
