There used to be up to 60 watercress farms in the Durdent Valley. There is now only one left in the Durdent Valley (and 3 in the Pays de Caux: in Veules les Roses and in Clères).
Rediscover this plant known since ancient times and its health benefits thanks to Edgard, a passionate Breton grower who has set out to grow this crop since 2018.
