Mixed crops. Norman cattle breeding. Transforming milk into cheese, from fork to fork. Sells Neufchâtel cheese.
Neufchâtel cheese has been made here since 1974, first by Alex and Françoise Brianchon, and now by two partners, Olivier Brianchon, Alex and Françoise's son, and Amélie Malaval.
Amélie met the Brianchon family in 2000 during a work experience on the farm. She took a liking to the making of Neufchatel cheese and has joined the family team after that!
In their daily organisation, Olivier is in charge of the animals while Amélie runs the dairy where she uses the milk to create the famous Neufchâtel cheeses!
