The Bái Lóng School is a traditional Chinese martial arts school, located in Saint-Contest, near Caen in Normandy.
The Bái Lóng School was created with the aim of transmitting an ancestral practice in connection with the Chinese tradition. A thousand-year-old practice which, beyond the martial aspect, brings self-confidence, balance and health. Three disciplines are taught there: Kung-fu, Taiji Quan (Taichi Chuan) and Qi-Gong.
