Created in 1962, the regatta is still a great moment of sharing between British and French sailors.
2023 saw the great return of the English after a 3-year absence due to Brexit, Covid and the Queen?s Jubilee. The English clubs will once again be out in force on the start line in Cowes.
On the skippers? agenda: 100 miles to be sailed at night, often in fog, and to outwit the currents, making this a technical and difficult event.
Arrival in Deauville is scheduled for Saturday, May 25.
