In 2021, the Bouley family decided to convert their dairy farm to oilseed production. From their harvests, they now produce a whole range of food products: rapeseed, linseed and sunflower are transformed into oils; soft wheat and buckwheat into flour, and durum wheat into pasta.

Joëlle, Hubert and Paul open the doors of their Saint-Etienne barn in Martin-Eglise for a visit full of sharing, allowing you to immerse yourself in the ancestral profession of miller and discover all the secrets of this 100% local and family production, from the cultivation of the land to the plate.
