Come and celebrate the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the Liberation in Villers-Bocage!
On the program
- Daytime: exhibition and tours of vintage vehicles, guided tours of the battle of Villers-Bocage at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., screenings of the film "Passerelle de mémoire" (Gateway of Memory) produced by the Maison de Jeanne in collaboration with the town hall, entertainment by local associations, theatrical stroll by the "Tonton Marcel" troupe at 5 p.m., photo exhibitions on the reconstruction of our heritage.
- In the evening: Concert by the D-Day Ladies at 8.30pm, with food and refreshments on site. A fireworks display in the Parc de l'Ecanet brings the day to a close.
