21st Rendez-vous aux jardins on the theme: "The five senses in the garden".
Joyful and unifying, the theme of the five senses in the garden invites the public to explore the rich multi-sensory palette offered by the gardens. A flower bed in full bloom, a grove of trees with branches that let you see the sky, a delicious perfume at the bend in the path, the smell of humus after the rain, a juicy fruit picked directly from a shrub, the murmur of leaves animated by a breeze, birdsong, the clear sound of a waterfall, the caress of a moss-covered trunk... And the mind wanders, recharging itself far from everyday worries.
The Rendez-vous aux jardins is an opportunity to discover the diversity of landscapes, ecosystems and plants, as well as the people involved in gardening and landscaping. As a link between town and country, between urbanization and rurality, the garden is a cultural space where sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch all play a part in staging events that appeal to all five senses.
