Our world didn't disenchant itself.
We've been doing ourselves violence for a long time, neglecting our inner nature, our sensitivity, our intuition, our need for tenderness, gentleness and fantasy, as well as our own zest for life.
This inner brutality has spilled over into our relationship with others, particularly women and children, with femininity, with nature and with Time.
By running too fast, from thing to do to thing to do, we allow ourselves to be commodified and contribute to the creation of a commodifying world; and we forget to be.
Faced with this new paradigm, more and more of us are realizing that personal inner change is the key to communal outer change. Today, interiority is citizenship, because deep psycho-spiritual development is the key to sustainable social development
