Hike and discover the benefits of nettle at Forêt d?Eawy

Join a botanist on a 10-kilometer loop hike to discover the wild flora of the Forêt d'Eawy. You'll learn to recognize the edible plants found in the Eawy forest, and a few recipe ideas.
Then, along the way, you'll pick a few nettles to discover their gustatory benefits, and make a soup at the end of the hike at the Ferme du Pollet!
You'll also enjoy a visit to Ferme du Pollet before tasting the soup you've made.
