Coming from the Nordic countries, this very fashionable sport allows you to gently work each part of your body. It is practiced without forcing and does not present any difficulty for the non-sportsmen... While being very beneficial for your health! Nordic walking is indeed more intense than hiking but less traumatic for the joints than running.
- Outing accompanied by a qualified instructor (poles provided).
- From 10 years old.
- Good shoes are required. Our friends the dogs are not allowed. Remember to bring a bottle of water and rain gear.
- Reservation until 11:30 am on the day of the outing
- From 6 to 15 people (or according to the sanitary conditions in force).
