Les Juliobonales, the 4th edition of Lillebonne's Gallo-Roman festival, celebrates the golden age of the mighty ancient city of Juliobona from June 21 to 24, 2024. Over the course of a weekend, we invite you to step back in time and share moments of emotion, laughter and discovery in the Juliobona of the first centuries AD.
You'll enjoy a fabulous experience of total immersion in the daily life of a Gallo-Roman citizen, a legionnaire, a staunch Gallic fighter or an elegantly dressed woman? You'll witness gladiatorial combat, military demonstrations, an augury ceremony, a slave market, discover the infallible war machines of the Romans and learn all about musical instruments, fashion, the art of hairdressing? Numerous free, fun and instructive workshops are on offer for the whole family on Saturday and Sunday!
