A team of young filmmakers is shooting a documentary about new artists in Trouville-sur-Mer, and they hope to win a prize at Off-Courts, the famous short film festival in Trouville. They have already filmed and photographed several urban works and want to finish with their favorite artist, Jean-Paul, but the work on the beach has disappeared...
