Once again this year, Alliance et Culture invites you to discover the entire flax industry in the area around Saint-Pierre-le-Viger in the Pays de Caux. From the blue flower to the fabric, you'll discover the different stages of the industry from people who are passionate about flax.
This year, the tour will be by bike! You'll be able to cross the flax fields on the véloroute and enjoy the Pays-de-Caux landscape
The day?s program begins in the heart of a flax field with a passionate flax grower, followed by a visit to Terre de Lin, Europe?s largest scutching plant. The afternoon will be devoted to discovering the Tissage du Ronchay factory in Luneray.
A country-style lunch will be served along the flax cycle route.
You can bring your own electric or classic bike. It will also be possible to rent an electric bike on site (limited number).
The route is approximately 15km long.
Please register with the Association Alliance et Culture (places are limited).
Price 25 euros including lunch.
Departure at 9 a.m. from association headquarters,

Day ends at 5pm.
This day of discovery will be done by car (carpooling on site) if the weather does not allow cycling.
