Family outing: During a meditation on the sounds of nature, children will discover their sensory listening skills. Through a story on the theme of ecology, Emeline facilitates self-expression and offers an opening onto the world.

All year round for individuals: sophrology, high-sensitivity coaching in practice (Douvres-la Délivrande, Pole santé de Creully, Caen Beaulieu)
Member of the Planeth Patient network, trained in therapeutic education (chronic diseases)
Group sessions (in offices and community centers).
Schoolchildren accepted on request.
