The gong bath (sound bath) is a deep relaxation technique from Asia, practiced with the aid of large symphonic and planetary gongs. This relaxation, akin to meditation, calms your mind and boosts your body?s energy, stimulating your immunity in a natural way thanks to the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.
