Take a few hours to discover the professional cooking and pastry-making techniques of top chefs. Supervised by a team of professional instructors, you'll take part in developing recipes using seasonal produce and professional equipment.
Afterwards, you'll be able to taste your creations!

PASTRY CLASSES (adults)
Are you passionate about pastry? Come and learn and discover different techniques in themed classes led by professionals!
Classes last 3 hours, not forgetting a 30-minute tasting session, a diploma and a few photos to immortalize the moment...!
- Wednesday, November 1, 9am to 12pm: Apple/quince entremet, orange zest and cinnamon
- Wednesday, November 1, 3pm to 6pm: The REAL intense vanilla pastry plan, gourmet accompaniments
- Saturday, November 4, 9am-12pm: Papuan vanilla puffs, rhubarb and hazelnuts
- Saturday, November 4, 3pm to 6pm: Madagascar vanilla pavlova, blackcurrant confit and lime zest

COOKING CLASSES (adults) :
Are you passionate about cooking? Come and learn and discover different culinary techniques through themed classes led by professionals.
Classes last 3 hours, and include a 30-minute tasting session, followed by a graduation ceremony and photos...
- Friday, October 20, 3pm - 6pm: Tapas à la Normande: Between land and sea / small soft cake with Normandy shrimp and preserved lemon, camembert nougat, hazelnuts, onion-mango compote, bruschetta-style toasted bread tartine

CLASSES FOR CHILDREN :
Do your children enjoy baking and cooking? Introduce them to a recipe in a pastry-making or cooking class led by a professional!
Classes last 1h30, followed by a 30-minute tasting session, not forgetting the presentation of diplomas and a few photos to immortalize the moment...

- Wednesday, October 18, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: COOKING: crispy salmon finger with "classic" tartar sauce
- Wednesday, October 18, 3pm to 4:30pm: PATISSERIE: small moist cake with almonds, pear confit and chocolate
