To mark the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings and the Liberation, the Cabourg Twinning Committee, in partnership with Bad Homburg, one of its twin towns, is organizing a major concert for peace.
At a time when war is still with us, particularly on the borders of Europe, this concert is intended to be a moment of sharing, appeasement and messages of peace.
80 young musicians from Bad Homburg?s humboldtschule high school will perform in the presence of personalities from their twin town. Opening the concert will be the Big Band from the Cabourg Normandie Pays d?Auge music school.
