Brain Gym® introductory sensory stroll
When movement creates the sensory foundation that colors the way we see life.
Vision, the ability to interpret what we see, depends on how we think, move and access our senses.
During this walk, I invite you to open up to your full sensory awareness and experiment with how to let go of over-focusing, release visual tension and discover how you experience the world through your eyes, ears, touch...
The walk is open to everyone aged 14 and over, and is punctuated by several breaks. Everyone is welcome to join in. No need for hiking boots, this is a gentle stroll in the middle of nature.
The exact location will be revealed on registration. About 10 minutes from Coutances.
