Balade en paddle-kayak sur l’Aure

Discover the Cotentin and Bessin marshes with your family, alone or with friends.

At the rhythm of your paddles, you go on the river Aure to discover the ecosystem of the marshes where the fauna and the flora give themselves up to you with the presence of migratory birds and mammals.

The trip starts and arrives at the bridge of Monfréville, but before the departure it will be necessary to see (or review) the techniques given by the qualified instructor, then the trip will begin.

Will you be able to stand on your paddle? No matter, you will be rewarded by the beauty and the biodiversity of the Bessin landscapes.

For all public (knowing how to swim).
From 12 years old in solo.
From 6 to 11 years old (accompanying an adult).
Minors must be accompanied by an adult during the trip.

Material / equipment :
The vest, the paddle and the paddle will be provided by Tchak aventures.

Clothing to bring :
Summer : Swimsuit or warm clothes that don't fear the water / Slippers or closed shoes mandatory / sunglasses and sun cream (yes, sometimes it's hot here!)
Winter : Wetsuit / Slippers or closed shoes mandatory

A change of clothes is strongly advised but ATTENTION : no changing room or toilet on the meeting point.
