The craft of baking has been passed down for centuries. At the mill, it is an art passed on during workshops where children have the pride of making their own bread.
On the program:
- Shaping of 4 balls of dough, put to rise in the same basket
- Information on the ingredients of the dough: flour, water, salt, yeast
- Recreation in the orchard
- Baking of the children's breads (flowers)
- Tasting of a loaf of bread + explanation of the wood-fired oven
- Defournement of the breads !
For children from 5 to 10 years old - Without parents ! - Duration 2 hours
