Atelier découverte des plantes médicinales sauvages

Come and spend an afternoon discovering the properties of our wild plants!

Together, we'll take you on a botanical walk to learn how to identify edible and medicinal plants.

Then a choice of 2 workshops:
- One on recognizing wild plants and the different techniques for using them to relieve the various aches and pains of everyday life: colds, flu, premenstrual syndrome, migraines, sleep disorders, as well as joint and rheumatic pain and many others.
- The second covers wild plants for cosmetic or medicinal use, in the form of oil maceration, including dosage, indications and contraindications, and above all the creation of 2 medicinal balms

All of this is complemented by tastings of herbal teas, vinegars and syrups (depending on the season).
