Normandy continues its commitment to more responsible tourism and promotes sustainable travel. Launched in spring 2024, the low-carbon rate highlights and encourages everyone’s efforts. If you’re traveling by train, coach or bike, you’ll be able to benefit from a minimum 10% discount at many of Normandy’s tourist and leisure attractions.

Museums, tourist offices and other professionals in the sector, over 70 cultural and tourist sites in Normandy, are joining forces with this regional initiative, offering you a reduced rate if you travel by train, coach or bike. A concrete way of rewarding visitors who reduce their carbon footprint.

How does it work?

It’s very simple! On arrival at a partner site, present a dated train ticket to a train station in Normandy, a bus ticket or a photo of your bicycle and benefit from a minimum 10% discount at the site you visit.
