Produced on a farm located not far from the river Seine, these luxurious yoghurts will make you melt with pleasure!
With the milk of the 120 cows that graze peacefully in the fields, the Ferme des Peupliers (Poplar Farm) has been making yoghurts and delicious Norman desserts for more than 50 years. Classic flavours, unexpected combinations, etc., they have an incredible range of more than 25 different products that are regularly awarded at the International Agricultural Show and that are renowned far beyond the borders of the Eure Department as far as the United Kingdom, Russia and even Dubai. The secret? Short distribution channels which best respect the milk. The whole production process is done on the farm: no more than 200 yards separate the cows' udder and the dairy! The result: smooth, creamy and flavourful traditional products. You can follow the tour of the farm to learn all about the different stages of yoghurt making, to pet young calves and maybe even bottle-feed them, and of course to enjoy yummy yoghurts!
