On its main façade, the building features a forecourt surmounted by a pediment bearing the sponsor's coat of arms and preceded by a large porch with two straight flights adorned by two sphinxes in the round hump. The building is located in a wooded park of several hectares.
Today, the Château is the main site of the MFR de Maltot.
