Apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator including a living room with sofa bed (2 people), a bedroom with new Olea bedding (2 people), a bathroom and a loggia with a breathtaking sea view. Direct access to the beach, shower on the sand, supervised swimming until the end of August. I provide bed linen, duvets, towels, tea towels, beach towels. I happily welcome traveling salespeople and technicians (wifi printer and paper available as well as iron and ironing board). Private parking space and locked bicycle room.
Equestrian center, skate park, swimming pool and mini golf just a stone's throw away. 1 km from the city center. Restaurants and port 500 meters away.
