Beautiful house with refined decor, view of the sea and the dry-hanging valley
This house, 200 m away from the beach of Pourville, has been beautifully renovated.
High quality, "west coast style" interior design with soft and refined tones.
The spacious and friendly living room extends onto a pleasant south-facing terrace.
The kitchen, opened onto the living room, offers a sea view.
The berooms are cosy and comfortable. The three bathrooms are modern and well-thought-out, and allow guests to combine comfort and privacy.

A walk in Varengeville-sur-mer, nearby, is a must: protected natural environment and preserved heritage sites: the church, the marine churchyard, Saint-Dominique Chapel, the renowned "Bois des Moutiers" botanical garden, Jean Ango's manor house, the side slopes, the holloways, the flowers, the trees, the plain, the sky and the sea, all come together to make this place enchanting and unspoilt.

Things to do: swimming, sailing, 18-hole golf course, miniature golf course, horse riding, hiking, tennis, swimming pool and spa centre, cinema, nightclub, Dieppe Castle-Museum, airfield (flying introduction), Dieppe Casino.
Pourville-sur-mer, which was one of the sites of the First Anglo-Canadian Landings on 19th August 1942, is located along the Impressionnists' Trail. The Coastline and the cliffs painted by Claude Monet are famous for their ever-changing colours.
The pebble beach, and sand beach at low tide, is full of shellfish to pick.
There are numerous hiking trails to follow in the green and wooded countryside.
