This pretty house is ideally located in a quiet residential street, 200 m from the beach and one of the finest golf courses on the Côte Fleurie. For your comfort, we've been awarded the 4* Tourism classification.
On the ground floor, the light-filled 35 m² living room opens onto the enclosed garden (garden furniture and dining area). The kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable lounge area invites you to relax. You'll also find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room, toilets and a laundry area (washing machine with dryer).
Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200), one of which is over 20 m² with a telecommuting area.

The house and all its equipment (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc.) are brand new. We have also ensured that the beds are equipped with new, quality bedding. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The center of Cabourg and the Thalasso are within walking distance of the Marcel Proust promenade on the seafront.
There are plenty of places to explore, not only in the beautiful city of Caen, with its pedestrian streets and castle, but also in the Pays d'Auge (Beuvron-en-Auge, Cambremer...), in the Suisse Normande (France's favorite GR), or on our magnificent Côte Fleurie with its hiking and cycling trails.
The D-Day landing beaches are a 30-minute drive away, and Mont St Michel 1h30.
Children will find a multitude of activities nearby (Varaville, Cabourg, Houlgate): beach clubs (Varaville, Cabourg), pony club at Home Varaville, climbing and archery (Croquant Houlgate), sailing and sand yachting (Cabourg), nature centre (Sallenelles), accrobranche (Cabourg)?not forgetting the beach and swimming.
Adults have access to the Varaville golf course (one of the oldest in Normandy, with hole 16 facing the sea) located 200 m from the house, and to the Cabourg public golf course (9 holes). The Thalassothérapie de Cabourg is accessible via the Promenade Marcel Proust, as is downtown Cabourg and its many attractions (20 min. on foot, 8 min. by bike).
