This gîte is located on a property that includes another 2-person gîte (ref 14G2485). It is located on the mezzanine floor (souplex) of the owners' home. The Loft comprises a living room with sitting area (sofa, video projector + TV + sound bar) and fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a sleeping area for 2 people (1 x 160cm bed) without windows but with a glass partition opening onto the living room, a shower room adjoining the bedroom and a separate toilet. Reversible hot/cold air-conditioning. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Swimming pool with shelter (shared with another gîte and the owners) open and heated from June 1 to September 30. Outdoor spa shared by the 2 gîtes on request from the owner (30? supplement). No smoking. Parking on property with electric gate. Bicycles available
