The apartment
This fully renovated 100 m² apartment is a furnished tourist accommodation rated 4 stars in January 2023.
It is located on the 4th floor with elevator. You have access to the entire apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people and a baby, in a relaxing, calm environment.
- The 30 m² living room features a fully-equipped dining area and a spacious lounge with WIFI-connected TV, video player, high-end hi-fi and a wide selection of DVDs, CDs, vinyls and movie-themed books.
- The kitchen is also fully equipped. In the utility room, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer and all you need for cleaning during your stay.
- The bathroom has a spacious shower and sink area, with hairdryer and heated towel rail.
- Nights are spent in the two large bedrooms at the back of the apartment. They are soundproofed and equipped with top-quality hotel-quality 160 x 200 beds with storage space in the bed base for suitcases, a safe and bedside tables, all in a soothing decor.
On site, you'll find a range of activities, leisure games, city bikes and all the essential organic products you need.

Traveler access
Parking is available at the foot of the residence, and an underground parking lot (paying) is available 24 hours a day at Place Jeanne d?Arc.
If you don't have any plans to go out other than in and around Caen, bicycles are available on the first floor. Otherwise, the whole area is easily accessible and parking spaces are plentiful.

Whether you're in Caen on business, on a family vacation or on a city break, you'll be greeted on arrival by Morgan, who will show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, as well as tea towels, bath mats and a few welcome products. Beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay. Wifi access is, of course, free.
