You'll be charmed by the beauty of the old buildings, the peaceful surroundings and the surrounding nature. A vast terrace lets you enjoy the peace and quiet of the property. It's the perfect place to spend a rejuvenating weekend for two, a few relaxing days with the family, a stopover on a solo road trip, or evenings out on business. The gite is furnished with care. It comprises: an entrance hall where you can store your belongings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a small, comfortable, well-appointed bathroom (large shower, washbasin and toilet), a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a chest of drawers. Above the living room is a mezzanine with a queen-size double bed (access via a ladder ? not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or vertigo). If you like cozy nests, you'll appreciate the bedroom with its private terrace. The gite is located in a magnificent farmhouse in the middle of fields. You'll enjoy a one-hectare garden with a small pond. A private wooden terrace lets you enjoy the surrounding countryside.
From the gite, you can discover magnificent landscapes and charming small towns (Falaise, Vimoutiers, Argentan). We're just 50 minutes from Caen and the sea.
