The river "L'Orne", one of the most important Norman rivers, takes its source close to the cottage ... hence its name given by Stéphanie and Johann who have largely restored themselves this pretty barn until summer 2021. You will benefit from the proximity of the Small City of Character of Sées (4 km) rich in a thousand-year-old historical heritage (cathedral with concert and Musilumières shows in summer) with its shops and services. Also worth discovering is the whimsical medieval immersion and adventure park \ "Rustik \" (7 km), the Ecouves animal park (11 km) and, of course, the unmissable Haras national du Pin, \ "le Versailles du Cheval \ "(18 km). Old independent house with electric heating and wood included. Ground floor: living room with stove and fitted kitchen. Half floor: living room (comfortable sofa bed, TV), shower room with wc. Floor: bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm, baby bed), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), separate toilet. Sheets, household and bathroom linen provided. Possibility of dormitory room (in supplement) by outside access: BZ 2 people and 3 single beds including 1st bed. Communal room in the village. Walled garden. Local bicycles.
