Nelly welcomes you to her property where she has laid out this beautiful little cottage in the concern for your comfort; it is also warm and very well equipped. Side shops, a bakery in the village. Louviers also offers many leisure activities between swimming pool, bowling or ice rink in the winter. Hiking on the spot towards the forest of Bord or the GR 222 at 3,5 km. on the ground floor, entered on the bright living-room : comfortable lounge in front of the chimney and meal area. Kitchen, bathroom with toilet (walk-in shower). Upstairs, a small relaxation area on the landing (1 single bed) and a room with its small balcony : 1 bed 160x200 able to be installed in 2 separated beds. The cottage is located on the large garden of the property of Nelly, of which part, on the back, privative to it. Pets are welcome but can not be left out in the garden.
