Welcome to Le Chat perché, an adorable little traditional holiday home with its half-timbered walls, full of charm because it is nicely colored blue for softness and cheerfulness. This warm atmosphere continues inside with a nice decoration that mixes the contemporary and the old, with always the concern for your comfort. The large bay window bathes the living room in light and opens a beautiful perspective on the garden and the terrace : you will love this really pleasant little lush area, just for you, which extends onto a second garden in share with Sophie where the children will find trampoline, soccer balls and goals and table tennis. A few minutes away, you are on the banks of the Seine and the road to the cottages ! Amazing landscapes await you, between the river and the forest. The flowery side is also very close, but also the Marais Vernier, an exceptional natural area in an old meander of the Seine. On the ground floor : small entrance which opens onto the bright and charming living room with its half-timbered ceilings and gray exposed beams, warm with its wood stove : nice place made for the comfortable and cocoon living-room, kitchen and dining area. Separate shower room and wc. Upstairs : you arrive on a bright landing overlooking the garden, with a desk and an ideal area for games (board games are available) or a moment of relaxation. Two attic bedrooms : on the right, the master bedroom with a double bed and a cot, and on the left, the small one, ideal for 2 children with 2 single beds. Baby high chair on request. The large wooded garden is enclosed, with one part dedicated to the gite, the other in share with your host. Games for children : trampoline, table tennis and football goals.
