The lodge was the lieutenancy during the old regime in 1830. Property of rich merchants, in 1895 it was the house of Doctor Coulombe who gave its name to the street. Very involved in social and political life and having ceded all his property to the municipality, a commemorative plaque is on the facade of the house. This place steeped in history offers beautiful volumes and a very pleasant garden.
