Located in the village of Camembert, this gite refurbished in 2018 offers you calm, authenticity and comfort. It is a former wine press converted with large rooms and a cathedral living room. A first room with 1 double bed and a single bed. A second room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Antique furniture and woodwork. Entirely on one level, very practical and pleasant to live in. No neighbors, unfenced land.
In the middle of the countryside, in a typical hilly bocage landscape, this charming independent half-timbered house is nestled in a park bordering a historic orchard of large secular pear trees.
In the village of Camembert where Marie Harel created the famous Camembert during the revolution.
At 9kms from a village with all shops (Vimoutiers). At 500m from the Durand farm which produces the only Camembert farmhouse PDO cheese in Camembert.
Electric heating, gas and stove in the living room fireplace. Heating and logs for the stove included in the price. The gite is totally isolated in the countryside with no close neighbors. I leave at least three days of vacation between rentals
The surfaces are carefully disinfected, especially the door handles and light switches.
