A beautiful, very functional and bright home, renovated with noble materials in 2018. it is located 500m from shops in a small village and 10 km from St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) and Alençon. The forest of Ecouves is nearby for beautiful hikes.

The accommodation is at the very end of the farmhouse. Two other small tourist accommodations are nearby with a well defined space (no opposite or joint ownership)
