Gîte de la Forêt

Detached gîte in a 1960s house with enclosed 600m² garden located on the heights of Caudebec-en-Caux, in a very quiet residential area (detached houses and buildings). You benefit from a view of the Seine from the living room of the gîte and the balcony and from the immediate proximity of the forest for hikers. Halfway between Rouen and Le Havre, Caudebec-en-Caux is located on the banks of the Seine at the foot of the Brotonne bridge. The town, which is a former fishing village with charming streets, is part of the Regional Natural Park of Loops of the Normandy Seine. The quays on the banks of the Seine offer one of the most pleasant walks in the heart of the city, rightly nicknamed "the Pearl of the Val de Seine". Shops and restaurants nearby. Owners not wishing that we smoke in the house.
Access to the house by a few steps: - open kitchen (dishwasher, single sink, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment) - living room with French window opening onto a balcony (equipped with an awning) with a view below of the Seine, - living room, TV 110cm, - small narrow bathroom: large shower 120x90cm, sink, - toilet, - bathroom: large shower 160x85cm with 1 shower head at each end, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, Travel cot, high chair. Gas heating included from October to April. In the basement : - laundry room: washing machine, freezer with drawers. Exteriors: Garden furniture and barbecue that can be positioned in front of the garage door (garage not accessible) or on a concrete space at the front of the house. Possibility of entering 1 car in the driveway of the gîte and free parking in the street nearby.
