Narrow single storey BEDROOM (2 bunk beds) with shower room and wc. Duplex SUITE with access by external steps and terrace facing the pond: attic bedroom (double bed) and lower level bedroom (double convertible bed) with separate shower room and wc. Electric heating. Garden with stream and open plan of water.
