The situation will allow you to discover the landscapes and nature activities of the Suisse Normande and to visit Caen and its region at 30m drive. During your stay, an access to the sauna and the massages (with added fees) will complete your relaxation. Independent house near the owners'house including 2 chambres d'hôtes. Ground floor : living room with fitted kitchen and sofa, 1 bdrm (1x 160cm x200cm bed), shower room with toilet. Upstairs : landing with TV and bench-bed (1 90cm x 190cm bed for a extra-bedding on request), 2 bdrms (1x160x200cm bed and 2 90x190cm beds, shower room, toilet. Gas central heating. Two terraces (on East and West sides), private enclosed garden with parking for 2 cars. Outdoor swimimng pool (7mx3.5m accessible and heated from april to october) to share with the "chambres d'hôtes". Semi-detached to the gite : well-being space with sauna and massages room (with added fees : 10€/pers or 15€/couple, massages with warm stones : 30€ the session). Easy access for a disabled person (to be seen with the owners).
