You will enjoy this view even more from the terrace which offers a perfect exposure for your lunches, aperitifs and dinners in the sun. Inside, the rooms are large and bright. The gite is very well equipped (appliances, baby equipment, TV with wifi) and ALL INCLUSIVE with towels provided, beds made and charges included. Animals are accepted for free. Houlgate is located on the Côte Fleurie, 6km from Cabourg and 12km from Deauville. Discover also the Pays d'Auge, its apple trees, its cider road and its magnificent hikes. Gite above the owners' house. Independent access and private garden. On the first floor (by steps): entrance hall, living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa, armchair, insert (pellets) and TV with wifi, kitchen with dishwasher, gas and induction cooker, bathroom with bathtub, shower with hydromassage jets, washing machine and dryer, bedroom for 2 persons (bed 140cm), children's living room with sofa, separate toilet. Upstairs : 1 bedroom for 2 persons with 2 beds of 90cm, 1 large dressing room with ironing board and iron, 1 bedroom for 2 persons with 1 bed of 180cm, TV with wifi and 1 adjoining children's bedroom (baby bed, changing table, child's bed of 80x190cm with removable guardrail), 1 bedroom for 2 persons with 1 bed of 140cm, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, separate WC WIFI. Outside: large terrace with tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, roller blind, portico, garden of 1 hectare not closed.
