And amidst this utterly charming decor - from traditional old ‘tommette’ tiling to the fireplace overlooking the Seine estuary… relish in the region’s culinary treasures. On the menu. Local and seasonal produce, respectfully revamped by the Chef Matthieu Pouleur. Fillet of sole ‘à la Normande’, wood-fired lamb chops seasoned with fennel… or a guanaja and juara chocolate dessert… a play on texture, flavoured with rosemary and served with organic hay ice cream from Normandy.
