All summer long, enjoy a guided tour followed by a tasting session to learn all about our expertise.
The tour will start at the foot of one of our pear or apple orchards, to explain how the trees evolve throughout the year, from planting to harvesting.
In the production building, we'll discover how cider, perry and apple juice are made... (from fruit rinsing to apple and pear pressing, fermentation and bottling).
This is followed by a visit to the cellar, where Calvados is aged, Pommeau de Normandie is macerated and r'Êve de poire is made; a presentation of the various local products; and finally, a tasting of Cave products in the boutique.
