From July to October, every 2nd Friday and Saturday of the month, the Forêt Jardin des Hayes opens its doors to you.
The Forêt Jardin des Hayes, set up on 8,000 m2 along the Touques river in spring 2019, is a constantly evolving field of experimentation. It produces fruit, berries, perennial vegetables, aromatic and medicinal plants and mushrooms.
Ultimately, the garden forest is a sustainable, self-sufficient, resilient and productive system, with no need for fossil fuels, water or fertilizers. It stores carbon, restores landscapes and provides a haven for biodiversity, both cultivated and wild.
