Fun and sporty, this course is for all those who want to discover different facets of sailing. A multisport course in which you'll practice Stand Up Paddle, towed sail, kayak and Catamaran.
The Multiglisse course focuses on the discovery of sailing in different forms: Stand Up Paddle, towed sail, kayak and Catamaran, depending on conditions.

Learn the lexicon of multigliding, the team, the stages leading up to launching, specific sailing vocabulary, the function of each element, clues to where the wind is coming from, how the rudder works, points of sail, what happens when you change direction, essential knots, learn to sail independently on the water.

For children aged 10 and over.
