The city of Thebes is emerging from a fratricidal, merciless war for power. Antigone?s two brothers have died after fighting each other without being able to decide between them. To restore order, Creon, the new King of Thebes, enacts a law: one of the brothers will be celebrated as a hero, while the remains of the other, considered a traitor, will remain unburied outside the city walls. In the face of injustice, a single voice rises up: the voice of Antigone, the courageous and rebellious sister who says NO. NO to the law, NO to arbitrariness, NO to authoritarianism.

Camille Trouvé and Brice Berthoud bring the myth of Antigone to life in a paper set. Under the gaze of two cellists, the puppets come to life, clashing and tearing each other apart, desperately fighting against their tragic fate.

As if in an arena, the audience, seated on either side of the stage, finds itself at the heart of the machinery and the manipulations, witnessing the tragedy unfolding.
