On September 20 and 21, 2024, ten Etretat associations are offering conferences, workshops and evening screenings on the theme of the sea, its heritage and the people who live it.
On the program:
Friday, September 20 :
- 6 - 7:30 pm: Conference "Montre-moi la mer" ("Show me the sea") by Les Étincelles, followed by an aperitif (salle Cramoysan)
- 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm: Screening of videos
Saturday, September 21 :
- 11 a.m.: parade on the perrey with officials
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: opening of "Raconte-moi la mer" followed by an aperitif at the casino
- 12:30 pm: sale of local products by the merchants' union
- 2 p.m.: drawing competition
- 2 p.m.: garbage collection by "Étretat demain" in partnership with Surfrider foundation, with a collection point around 4 p.m
- 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm: Nautical activities in the bay: diving board, sailboats, canoes, periscope, etc. (depending on weather conditions)
- 5:30 p.m.: exhibition of drawings, with prize-giving by the associations (either on the podium or in the casino, depending on weather conditions)
- 6 - 7.30pm: Bagad Avel Vor, followed by a convivial aperitif
- 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm: video screenings
- Throughout the day, you can also take advantage of the podium, the musical tree, the information stand, the photo stand and the stand run by the Cercle Nautique on different fishing and capstan-building techniques,
